By registering, browsing, posting vacancies, or applying to jobs on AS Future Job ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Job Seeker Accounts & Conduct

• Job seekers must provide authentic, accurate, and up-to-date resume details, employment history, and contact information.
• Accounts must not be shared or used to scrape employer contact information for spam or mass-solicitation.
• Job applications submitted through the portal must reflect genuine interest and relevant qualifications.

3. Employer & Job Posting Guidelines

• Recruiters agree to post genuine, legally compliant job opportunities with accurate role descriptions and compensation ranges.
• Strict Anti-Fraud Policy: Charging candidates any registration fee, training fees, security deposit, or laptop fees is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent ban and legal reporting.
• Recruiters must treat applicant resume data with strict confidentiality in compliance with Indian privacy laws.

4. Platform Rights & Moderation

AS Future Job reserves the right to review, edit, suspend, or remove any job posting, candidate profile, or employer account that violates our standards or receives verified abuse reports from our community.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While we verify company profiles and monitor job vacancies diligently, AS Future Job acts as an intermediary platform connecting candidates and employers. We are not liable for hiring decisions, interview outcomes, or disputes between external parties.
